The Pepper Moon Catering Executive Chefs maintain very high standards for our Culinary Team, boasting at least a 99.5 health sanitation grade from the Guilford County Health Department each month. The culinary team maintains the integrity of each of every item on our current menus while continually working to create new and exciting food selections and presentations for our clients.
